Tower Court Plaza - Apartments

The Tower Court Apartments are located at 1555 Riviera Avenue, Suite 320 in Walnut Creek, California. The project consists of 109 apartment units, 100,000 and 13,000 square feet of retail and a covered parking garage. There are gardens over the parking structure and at the base of the apartments to create a relaxing home atmosphere.

The construction was completed in 1990, and the apartments have been enjoyed and lived in every since. The architect and developer was Ralph Goodell & Associates.
