Sunflower - 6000

The Sunflower building was to be located on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City, California.  The project was designed in 2004, and was to consist of a 6,000 square foot professional building.  The project received unanimous approval by the Planning Commission.  The project was not constructed due to the acquisition of adjoining lots that allowed for expansion of the original concept.
