Sunflower Professional Plaza

The Sunflower Professional Plaza will be a 58,400 square foot office condo building that fronts Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City, California. This will be a state of the art, class A office building with a mix of medical uses, office suites, retail, and restaurants. The common area will include a roof top garden, a media room, and a conference room.

The structure will have several elevators and sets of stairs for easy accessibility from any level of the building. The plaza will be four stories; two underground levels of parking, and two upper levels of offices.

Britanny West will be the architect and developer of this project. Britanny West has acquired one of four lots necessary to build this professional plaza, and is in negotiations to purchase the three remaining lots. The demand for this structure is high in this area; Britanny West has already received letters of intent from 65% of the building’s future occupants. Further developments will be posted as they occur.
