Spanish Inn Hotel and Villas

Spanish Inn Hotel and Villas is located on Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California.  The project consists of the renovation, restoration and addition to the 80 year old Palm Springs Landmark hotel.  The Spanish Inn was previously owned by Alan Ladd.  Spanish Inn has attained full approvals from the Planning Commission, City Council, and the Historical Review Board. 

Britanny West is the architect for the Spanish Inn project.  The architectural drawings have been in the works for the last four years, and are currently near completion.  The owners and clients of Britanny West are Nejat Kohan and Hormoz Ramey.  The Spanish Inn is presently undergoing cleanup and demolition of specific elements and will be under construction as of late 2007.
