One Pacific Plaza

One Pacific Plaza was a 12 story, twin tower mixed use project to be located on the corner of Walnut Avenue and California Street in Fremont, California. The plaza would have contained office and retail uses and a motel. The project was not constructed due to the annihilation of the financial partner’s office and records in Kuwait by Saddam Hussein.
