Klamath Falls Villages

Klamath Falls Villages was to be located in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  The 1330 acre development began in 1997.  The plans included single family homes; both entry level and high end homes, 3 schools, 3 churches, child care, multi-family, commercial, retail, light industrial, public services, water tanks, water features, hiking, biking, and horse trails.  Part of the development area included a portion of hog’s back mountain.   The project obtained unanimous planning commission approval.  City Council postponed, and the client did not continue with the master planning services.  The land remains raw to this date.
