House in Hawaii

The Goodell/ Bolton residence is located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii.  The home was built out of the labor of love for Skip Goodell’s (the architect and managing member of Britanny West) daughter and her husband and children.  The five acre residence includes a large main house for the family, a detached garage with an art studio above, and four surrounding casitas.  The architecture accentuates the surrounding lush Hawaiian terrain by mimicking the look of grass huts.

Britanny West was the architect and developer of the Goodell/ Bolton Residence.  The construction is now complete, and the finishing touches are being added for the comfort and enjoyment of the family.  Further developments will be posted as they occur.
