Family Health Center
The Family Health Center is located in San Leandro, California. The Health Center consisted of a two story, 10,000 square foot building. The site was very long and only 73 feet wide which made it a very difficult project. Our dentist tenant liked the building so much that he purchased it from us.
Skip Goodell acted as the architect, developer and contractor with 3 doctor partners and one dentist tenant.
