Falcon Ridge Estates

The Falcon Ridge Estates will be located on 73 acres at the top of Desert Hot Springs. Each of the 29 estates will be placed on a 2.5 acre lot with breathtaking views of the Coachella valley. This will be a master planned community of world class quality homes.

Among some of the attributes that are planned are passive and active solar and hybrid energy systems. It is the intent of the architect to construct green homes with distinctive energy saving, convenient and yet luxurious amenities. Each home will be uniquely designed to incorporate and accentuate the land surrounding it. The building materials will include glass, concrete, stone and block with a minimal use of wood.

Britanny West will be the architect and developer of the project. The estates are currently in their design and planning stage. Further developments will be posted as they occur.
