Amber Canyon Springs Towers

Location – the corner of Dinah Shore and Cathedral Canyon in Cathedral City, California.

The Amber Canyon Professional Plaza will be located on the corner of Dinah Shore and Cathedral Canyon in Cathedral City, California. The building will be approximately 6,000 square feet of office condos. The building will be three stories, one subterranean parking level, and two levels of offices. The building has a unique industrial look to it due to the extended use of brick and copper patina colored roofing. One of the unique features of the plaza is the bougainvillea covered trellis that masks the parking from building occupants.

Britanny West will be the architect and developer of the plaza. The plaza has been submitted to the city for architectural revue, and will continue through the city permitting process. Further developments will be posted as they occur.
