40 Acres Subdivision

The 40 acre subdivision is located in Desert Hot Springs, California.  The master planning for this project was done in 2005.  The project attained full approvals from the County of Riverside and the City of Desert Hot Springs. 

Britanny West provided the master planning for this project.  The project consultants are Alibaba Farzaneh and Bob Mainiero.
